Summary

Capacitance voltage transformer (CVT) is applied for voltage & electricity measuring and relay protection as well as carrier communication in outdoor neutral point earthing power system with 35kV rated voltage and 50Hz rated frequency.

TYD35 CVT composed of intermediate transformer, is directly led to electromagnetic unit by the medium voltage terminal of the capacity divider, compensation reactor and damper.

Capacity divider is composed of porcelain shell, capacitor core, capacitor oil and metal expander. The capacitor core, processed by vacuum dipping, is cascaded by several paper film compounds and components winded by aluminum foil. Within the porcelain shell are filled in capacitor oil and installed with metal expander to compensate the oil volume change as the temperature.

TYD35 CVT adopts rapidly saturated damper, featuring rapid instant response and reliable ferromagnetic resonance damping; secondary terminal box has carrier communication terminal and overvoltage protection gap; outside the oil tank are oil level meter, terminal box, rating plate, oil discharging stopper, earthing device. The product optimizes the sealing structure and has excellent sealing performance.
